二 | 　　刘亮称，协会推出公益大讲堂，旨在依托公益性学习交流平台，通过系统化知识传递，帮助企业和从业者建立对跨境电商产业的全局认知，加快推动“云品出海、云帆出海、云企出海”，助力云南高水平对外开放。　　据介绍，大讲堂内容规划将紧密结合云南产业实际，围绕行业认知与战略选择、供应链与选品体系、平台运营与流量获取、物流仓储与履约、合规财税与资金、品牌出海与长期主义六大板块展开，推动云南企业从产品输出向品牌输出升级。　　该活动坚持公益性、常态化原则，后续将定期邀请行业专家，围绕跨境电商全链条开展系列专题讲座。
